RHPNS is proud to launch the Landlord Registry™! This exciting tool brings a new level of professionalism to the rental housing industry. Landlords, with any number of units, can register and take an e-learning program focused on the Residential Tenancy Act (RTA), featuring a comprehensive knowledge check. Once completed landlords will be listed on the RHPNS Landlord Registry™, receive their competency certificate, and will be able to proudly say “I Rent it Right™”.
RHPNS makes owning and managing rental housing easier. With members-only education, resources, and support you are provided with the tools you need to succeed at your rental housing business.
We strive to balance the landlord’s rights to operate in a free market with the tenants’ rights to access safe, stable housing, as one unified, respected voice for the rental housing industry.
