The Landlord Registry is a quality assurance program for individual landlords across Nova Scotia. Designed to assist renters in identifying knowledgeable landlords who are committed to safe, secure, professional rental housing, the Registry can help you stand out from the crowd.

Once signed up, you must successfully complete the Landlord Registry e-learning program, a comprehensive, legislative online course about your rights and responsibilities under the Residential Tenancy Act.

Upon successful completion of the e-learning program, you will receive an I Rent It Right™ certificate and the right to be listed on the Landlord Registry, demonstrating your commitment to providing secure, professional rental housing.
